The Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan is the fundamental instrument for the deployment of Next Generation EU recovery funds. It sets out the roadmap for the modernisation of the Spanish economy, the recovery of economic growth and job creation following the COVID-19 crisis, as well as preparing the country to face the challenges of the future.

Within the framework of this Plan, the Secretary of State for Trade has launched various lines of aid aimed at promoting the modernisation and digital transformation of the trade sector, as well as supporting foreign trade and the internationalisation of Spanish companies.
