Resumen
For the correct development of the functions of foreign trade and the implementation of the common european rules, it is necessary to this command to clarify the constitution and return of the guarantees that traders should submit to the request for the import and export certificates and ensure the implementation of its obligations to import or export.
Therefore, it abolishes the order of the ministry of economy and finance of 26 february 1986 which regulates the bail in import and export operations, as amended by order of the ministry of commerce and tourism of 27 july 1995.
