Regulation

• Royal Decree 664/1999, of 23 aprilon Foreign Investment.
• Order of 28 may 2001, which establishes procedures applicable to the statements of foreign investment, and its liquidation, as well as the procedures for the submission of annual reports and files of authorization.
• Resolution of 27 july 2016the directorate General of International Trade and investment, on certain models of foreign investment declaration when compelled to testify is investor or company with foreign participation and replaces the previous resolutions on this matter.
• Resolution of 26 april 2002the directorate General of International Trade and investment, which approves the declaration D-8 annual report on the development of the investment abroad.
