• Royal Decree 664/1999, of 23 aprilon Foreign Investment.
• Order of 28 may 2001, which establishes procedures applicable to the statements of foreign investment, and its liquidation, as well as the procedures for the submission of annual reports and files of authorization.
• Resolution of 31 may 2001the directorate General of trade and investment, by issuing instructions for the submission by financial intermediaries of the statements of foreign investments in securities markets quoted in spanish and spanish investment securities quoted in foreign markets.
• Order ECO/755/2003 of 20 march 2003, which regulates the presentation by the telematics subsequent declarations through financial intermediaries relating to investment in securities.
• Resolution of 26 march 2003, of the General directorate of trade and investment, which specify standardized forms and instructions for the submission by telematics of investment transactions in securities.

Requirements for the Statement of Investment securities Affairs

First prerequisites.

1. The representative of the seat for the purposes of the referral of the statements shall be in possession of the certificate of estamos 2CA class must therefore be recognised in your browser at the national Currency Factory and Bell certification authority and have the Certificate.

2. It should also have a password to access the system which will be provided by the sub-department of Foreign Investment, upon application by the entity concerned to use this form of presentation and provided that has been submitted the mandatory statement of activity referred to in ANNEXES III and IV of resolution 1325 (2000) of 31 may 2001. The model of this request is contained in Annex I to the present resolution, and its presentation may be conducted on or through electronic file annex to e-mail digitally signed and referred to the directorateinvext.sscc@mincotur.es

• A1: Statement of foreign investment in securities.
• Statement of E1: spanish investment abroad in securities.

Thirdly. Instructions for the use of this form of presentation

1. Through the browser you are on the home pageSecretariat of state for trade, select “Foreign Investment”, once it shall allow the option “ statements of foreign investment Procedures - Statements – foreign investment "securities.
2. The previous operations, the next screen presents three links.

It Offers the full text of this resolution, with useful links for compliance with the requirements both before and technical terms, as well as for access to relevant rules and regulations, and standardized forms whose completion will allow the introduction by via telematics of statements.

Completed and pressed the button “ ACCEPT ”, the next page you can choose between the submission of a declaration of foreign investments in spain (A1) or spanish investment abroad (E1). 3. Depending on the chosen option above, page will appear in the form A1 or E1 whose cells should be filled in accordance with the instructions for the completion specified in annexes I and II of the resolution of 31 may 2001 or in the page that in all cases assumed by default the means of presentation “ VIA TELEMATICA ”.

   Once you have filled in the form if the option "Without activity ” (or “ Without deposits ”) is pulsará the send button DECLARATION, THE DATA FILE AND sign, otherwise it will be annexed the file with the information monthly or annual corresponding to their specific type of communication indicated in the form.

   The file will respond to the same specifications as described in the aforementioned Annexes I and II of the resolution of 31 may 2001, while, for this medium, will always compressed format through compression tool “ WinZip ”, which will cause that the extension of the name becomes automatically ” ZIP ”.

   When the file name to appear in annex the corresponding box of the foot of the form is pulsará the send button DECLARATION, THE DATA FILE AND SIGN.

4. If the submission is accepted by the system, It will return a page that will form data as well as the time and registration number with which the statement is recorded in the ministry of economy. Once in print this page will constitute the certifying document from the submission of that statement.

   Similarly, the system will send a receipt to the email address indicated on the form presented.
