National contact point for a Responsible Corporate Citizenship

The national contact point for a Responsible Corporate Citizenship (hereinafterPNC) was established in 2001 to ensure the dissemination and promotion of the guidelines of theOECDfor multinational companies on Responsible Corporate Citizenship (hereinafter Guidelines), as well as their effective implementation. In 2014 has defined its composition and operation throughMinisterial order of 11 november 2014 [PDF] [166 KB]it is currently dealing with the following settings:see booklet.PNCis attached to the secretariat of state for trade, within the ministry of economy, trade and enterprise. In 2002 was held its firstPeer Reviewor peer evaluation, in addition to having participated in that year and next year in this exercise on the performance of otherPNCsthe network.

In addition, the network of PNCs brings the OECD annually on the exercise of their functions.
