Use the complaints and suggestions procedure to express your dissatisfaction with the services provided by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Enterprise or to submit initiatives to improve their quality.
Complaints and suggestions relating to the units of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Enterprise (except for those corresponding to the Secretariat of State for Economy and Business Support, which are processed as indicated at the end of this section) can be submitted electronically or in person at the Ministry's Registry at Paseo de la Castellana 162 and at any of the Registries authorised in section 4 of article 16 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
