Resumen
This royal decree sets out the procedures for monitoring and inspection of electrical and electronic equipment (ESA) from third countries prior to the office into practice in the european union, in order to verify compliance with established rules regarding restrictions to the use of hazardous substances in the same. It will verify that those responsible for the introduction of the european Union of ESA and the batteries and accumulators they comply with their obligations with regard to Industrial Integrated established the royal decree 110/2015, of 20 february, on waste electrical and electronic equipment in the waste of Esa, and royal decree 106/2008, from 1 february on batteries and accumulators, with regard to waste batteries and accumulators.
