Resumen
This ordinance regulates, in line with the royal decree 571/2023, procedures for the statements of foreign investment, as well as procedures for the submission of annual reports.
Outlines the procedures for foreign investments in spain and abroad, lists the models of statement for submission of investments and establishes procedures for carrying out the statements of investment and disinvestment, including the procedures applicable to non-cooperative jurisdictions and for investment in real property, and also regulates the annual reports of investment. In the order was made explicit the requirements that must fulfil the models presented to the Registration of Investments.
