This report contains the relationship of the statements of foreign investment applicant society that are reflected in the register of Investments and accepted as valid. Includes among others, as appropriate:

• The statements of foreign investment in the capital of spanish society, submitted by foreign partners, D-1 model.
• The annual reports of investment made by the spanish society related foreign investment in its capital, D-4 model.
• The statements of overseas investment made by the spanish society D-5 model.
• The annual reports of investment made by the society on their investments abroad, D-8 model.

Since the entry into force of theAct no. 28/2022of 21 december, to promote ecosystem of the emerging enterprises, stopped issuing certificates of investment in the past three years in accordance with rule 71.1.a.3 of law 14/2013, of 27 september, of support for entrepreneurship and their internationalization and certificates of stock investment or position reflecting article 71.1.a.4 of law 14/2013, of 27 september, of support for entrepreneurship and enterprise internationalization

Requirements

For reasons of confidentiality, it is only possible to admit certificates of representation (old certificates of legal entity) to support the applicant's relationship with the organization for which the certificate is issued, and that they should not be outdated or abrogated.
